In-Store Pickup

All orders are eligible for complimentary in-store pickup. Orders can be collected during our regular store hours.

You will receive a follow-up email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 2 PM during business hours (Wednesday–Sunday) will be available for same-day pickup. Orders placed outside of these hours will be ready on the next business day.

Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation email before coming to the store, as this ensures your order has been processed and is ready. Be sure to bring your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Local Delivery (Winnipeg City Limits)

We offer local delivery within Winnipeg city limits for a flat fee of $8.00 on orders under $150.

Shipping within Canada

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and include tracking information.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is received.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes). Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $20.

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details.

Please note that only physical items qualify toward the free shipping threshold. Gift cards do not count toward the $150 minimum.
