In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received—unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (including beauty products and earrings)
  • Vintage items
  • Hazardous materials (including perfumes and incense)
  • All holiday, seasonal, sale items, gift cards, and promotional purchases are final sale.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@indeeroom.com for further details. Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued. If you’d like an exchange, please let us know when requesting your return so we can reserve the item (subject to availability). Exchange items will be sent once the return has been received.
